My Story
Why We Built This Practice
AI for Advantage was founded on a simple observation: most AI initiatives fail not because the technology is wrong — but because the foundation was never built. Companies rush to adopt tools before their teams are aligned, their processes are mapped, or their leadership has a clear vision for what AI is supposed to accomplish. The result is wasted investment, frustrated teams, and no real competitive advantage.
We built this practice to offer something different. Our team brings together expertise in AI implementation, workflow automation, organizational design, and competitive strategy — combined through a structured methodology that ensures every engagement delivers lasting results, not just a project that ends when the invoice is paid.

The OpenExo framework helps organizations restructure for exponential impact in an AI-driven world. We apply it to help leadership build an operating model that can actually absorb and leverage AI — rather than quietly resist it.
OpenSpec is a lightweight, open-source spec-driven framework for AI coding agents. For clients building custom tools, it ensures every development effort is intentional, documented, and owned by your team — regardless of which AI coding tool you use.
